Blessings for a happy Christmas and healthy New Year

As an important religious and cultural celebration the world over, the Christmas season not only represents celebrations of Jesus Christ, family reunions, gift giving and local and national traditions, Christmas too, incidentally, falls at the end of the calendar year. It gives us an opportunity to reflect on the year as it comes to a close, and encourages us to consider the new year ahead.

We at La Pedrera pharmacy prefer to reflect and project through gratitude. This is true for all of our experiences, including our health.  And among all the positive thinkers in the field of health, we take great inspiration from the notable healer Harry Edwards. Not only did he do much by way of promoting the profession of healing, he was also responsible for relieving the pain and suffering of thousands of patients. What more, he was a true believer in gratitude. So we leave you now, for your moments of reflection, with the healing prayer of Harry Edwards. We hope his words will touch you and allow you to appraise, to thank, to imagine and to be inspired for the years to follow.

We wish you a happy Christmas and a blessed New Year filled with peace and love and great health.

Your La Pedrera team

By Harry Edwards

May I be thankful for all the blessings I already have. Grant me relief from pain and sickness, protect me from all ills and grant me good health in the days to come. Remove all causes of imperfection and bring Thy Healing Ministers close to me that I may be conscious of their presence and so receive guidance and inspiration. Grant me courage and fortitude to overcome all adversity. Let me be conscious of Thy Strength in all time of need. Grant me confidence to overcome my fears and not to anticipate harm. Teach me, how to live rightly in Thy sight, to do only that which is right and true. I prey that good guidance and right influencing will inspire all Thy peoples to be as brothers, one to the other, and that peace shall endure for all time.
